Riccardo Salvi

Founder and Co-owner of Logica:architettura, Riccardo Salvi is involved in a wide range of projects across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

He has contributed to international books and magazines and is the author of a successful five-volume series of Interior Design Manuals, as well as a book on cultural identity in architecture and a collection of essays exploring the distinctive characteristics of interior architecture. In 2017, he authored the first comprehensive monograph on the work of Paolo Rizzatto. All these books are published by Franco Angeli Editore.

A former Professor of Retail Design, Riccardo has collaborated for over a decade with some of the most prominent names in fashion and luxury, including Balenciaga, Giorgio Armani, Sergio Rossi, and Richemont SA—the holding company behind prestigious international brands in jewelry (Cartier, Montblanc, Van Cleef & Arpels), watchmaking (Piaget, IWC, Officine Panerai, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, A. Lange & Söhne, Roger Dubuis), and fashion (Chloé, Delvaux, Dunhill, Alaïa, Gianvito Rossi, Peter Millar, Serapian).

In 2014, he worked as Scientific Consultant for Swiss or Only Worldwide? A Journey Through Contemporary Swiss Architecture. In 2017, he wrote and presented The Music of the Forms, two radio programs broadcast on Rete Due (Radio Svizzera Italiana). From March 2018 to June 2023, he hosted the radio columns The Wall of Sound and La Bella Estate: You Know Nothing, as well as the program Gimme Shelter on Radio Popolare.
