Riccardo Salvi

Founder and co-owner of Logica:architettura, Riccardo is working on a variety of projects in Europe, Asia and the United States. He has published contributions in international books and magazines. He is the author of a successful series of Interior Design Manuals in five volumes, as well as a book concerning cultural identity as expressed in architecture, and a collection of essays focusing on the distinctive characteristics of Interior Architecture. In 2017 he wrote the first extensive monograph on Paolo Rizzatto’s work. All these books are published by Franco Angeli Editore.
Former Professor of Retail Design, he has also been cooperating for over ten years with some of the most significant brands in the field of fashion and luxury, among them Balenciaga, Giorgio Armani, Sergio Rossi and Richemont SA, the financial holding representing some of the most prestigious brands at international level both in jewellery (Cartier, Montblanc, Van Cleef & Arpels), and in watch-making (Piaget, IWC, Baume & Mercier, Officine Panerai, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger Le Coultre, A. Lange & Söhne, Roger Dubuis).
In 2014 Riccardo collaborated as Scientific Consultant at “Swiss or only Worldwide? A journey through contemporary Swiss architecture” and in 2017 he wrote and presented “The music of the forms”, two radio programs broadcasted on Rete Due Radio Svizzera Italiana. Since March 2018 he has been broadcasting the radio column “The wall of Sound” and the radio program “Gimme shelter” on Radio Popolare.
