Graduated in Economics and Commerce from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, she is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager specializing in the planning, organization, and control of time, costs, and resources for integrated architecture projects, both during the conceptual phase and on-site execution. She worked in private banking at CABOTO SIM S.p.A. from 1990 to 2000, at CREDIT SUISSE (ITALY) S.p.A. from 2001 to 2006, and at Gruppo Banca Leonardo S.p.A. from 2006 to 2009. She then served as a Senior Consultant for organizational and compliance projects in the financial sector from 2009 to 2010 at C.D.I. Partners S.r.l., and as an Organizational Consultant for a private family office in 2010. Since 2010, she has been the Managing Director of Logica: Architettura.
Her project management skills—which include planning and organizing timelines, preparing business cases, forecasting and managing risks, providing leadership and coordination, ensuring quality outcomes, and meeting deadlines—combined with her deep, specialized knowledge of products and processes, have consistently enabled her to identify the best solutions even in highly complex situations.
